The Parkland Village Inn is right on the waterfront where our visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the Bay of Fundy and witness the rise and fall of our famous 50 foot tides right from their room.
Adjacent to the Alma Fishermen's Wharf, the Parkland Village Inn is a short walk from the beach and main shops, and only five minutes away from the Fundy National Park entrance gate.
The Parkland Village Inn offers standard and deluxe inn rooms and two-room ocean-view suites.
Two-Room Suites:
All five of our waterfront two-room suites, located on the second floor of the inn, have a panoramic view of the Bay of Fundy, where you can witness the rise and fall of our famous 50 foot tides.
Joined by a door, the two-bedroom suites provide privacy for couples traveling together or for families with children.
We have a variety of configurations to suit your needs - two bedroom suites or combination bed-sitting rooms available, one of which has a king size bed.
Each newly renovated suite is outfitted with queen size beds, a full bath and cable TV with movie channel.
Our hotel suites feature:

Rooms at the Inn:
In the spring of 2005, we added ten brand new Rooms at the Inn with king or queen size beds. Four have outstanding views of the bay and six overlook the hills of Fundy National Park and the Village of Alma. Two of these are located on the ground floor and one is wheelchair accessible.
In order to better meet the needs of our varied customers, each of our rooms is individually designed and laid out with a variety of sleeping configurations.

Events:
Our new multi-function waterfront conference facility, located on the ground floor of the inn, enjoys an outstanding view of the Bay of Fundy tides.
The adjoining deck is perfect for meet and greet, pre-dinner cocktails, catered barbeques, or just enjoying the sunset. We can arrange the room to suit meetings, presentations, or dining.
Dining:
For dining choices, we offer a 110-seat Tides Restaurant, our convenient seafood take-out and the ever-popular Wharfside Patio.
No matter if you choose our scenic dining room, quick and easy take-out, casual wharfside patio or the quiet intimacy of our cozy guest lounge, you can enjoy a variety of dishes carefully prepared by our own Chef Marc Casey.
But our specialty, of course is Seafood....and lots of it.....fresh Atlantic salmon, local scallops and Bay of Fundy lobster.
Watch as the Alma fishermen unload their catch of lobsters and scallops....you can't get any fresher than that!
About Alma...
The quaint fishing village of Alma boasts a variety of fresh seafood shops, a bakery, several gift boutiques, as well as a gas station, liquor outlet, and two small general stores where visitors may purchase groceries and other necessities.
Explore the ocean's floor on the Alma Beach at low tide and search for shells, marine life and fossils, or if you are really hardy, take a salt water dip.
The Alma Fisherman’s wharf is where you can best gain a real appreciation of the Bay of Fundy tides – the highest in the world. At low tide, the fishing boats rest far below the surface of the wharf in cradles on the ocean’s floor; a mere six hours later, they are bobbing at the top of the 15-foot high wharf.
Go kayaking with Fresh Air Adventures, take a boat tour of the coastline or drop down to the wharf to meet the local fishermen – perhaps you can convince one to bend your ear with tales of adventures on the mighty Fundy tides.
Fundy National Park...
Within walking distance of the inn, is the entrance gate to Fundy National Park, which maintains 110 km of hiking trails, approximately 40 km of mountain biking trails, both inland and coastal, as well as guided nature walks and interpretive programs during the day and evening that appeal to young and old alike.
Also within the park are tennis courts, lawn bowling, the challenging Fundy National Park 9-hole golf course, a heated salt water swimming pool, lakes and rivers for swimming, boating or fishing, and a children's playground. The park has several scenic waterfalls and beautiful coastal beach areas to explore at low tide.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellation with less than 48 hours will incur the full charge for one night's accommodation.
